How to Make Nutella Bombs

Prepare the Dough – I used stand mixer to make the dough as its a bit sticky dough. You can use a wooden spoon or hands too. Add flour, sugar, yeast and egg, mix at low speed. Gradually add warm milk, when dough starts to form add butter. Continue to mix until butter is combined well. Cover the bowl with cling and rest it in the warm place. Allow the dough to rise.

Prepare Nutella balls – While dough is rising spoon a teaspoon of Nutella on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Chill it in the freezer for an hour so the Nutella is hard and frozen.

Assemble the balls – dust some flour on a clean surface. Knead the dough lightly and roll it using a rolling pin. Use cookie cutter to cut round

Put frozen nutella in the middle, seal the dough around it.

Bake – Place it in the tray and brush it with egg yolk and bake for 15-20 mins.
