Perfectly grilled seasoned chicken, served in tortillas, topped with pico de gallo , diced avocado, cilantro and freshly squeezed lime juice. These easy chicken tacos will be your next favourite weeknight meal.
Add Mexican seasoning, oil and lime juice into chicken and rub it onto the chicken. Ensure that the chicken is coated well with spice mix.
Heat a pan and drizzle some oil. Grill chicken while turning on each side. The chicken should be thoroughly cooked.
While chicken is cooking prepare Pico de Gallo. Remove seeds from tomatoes and chop them. Finely chop onions and cilantro/coriander. Mix them all together. dress it with lime juice and salt.
When chicken is cooked through take it out and cover with foil for few minutes. Cut it into stipes. You can also dice it.
Heat Tortillas in a pan. To assemble fold tortillas in half, add chicken, top it with pico de gallo, diced avocado and spoonful of sour cream.
