Moroccan Style Chicken
Moroccan Style Chicken with spices, lemons, olives & vegetables is an easy one pot dinner.

- 1 kg Chicken with Bone
- 1 Potatoe
- ½ Capsicum
- 1 Onion
- 1 cup Chicken Stock
- 1 tbsp Tomatoe Paste
- 1 tsp Garlic
- ½ tsp Ginger
- Olives
- Lemon Slices
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1 tsp Cumin Powder
- ¼ tsp Turmeric
- Coriander/Cilantro for garnish
Mix all the spices together and rub on the chicken.
Heat oil in the pan and sear chicken on both sides.
Add tomatoe paste, ginger and garlic in stock. Pour it over the chicken.
Add potatoes, chickpeas, capsicum and onions. Top it with lemon slices.
Cover the pan with foil and put in the oven for 30 mins at 200 ° C.
Uncover the foil and cook for another 20-30 minutes untill chicken is cooked and tender.
Garnish with coriander. Serve with couscous or steamed rice.
