Moroccan Style Chicken
Moroccan Style Chicken with spices, lemons, olives & vegetables is an easy one pot dinner.

- Mix all the spices together and rub on the chicken. 
- Heat oil in the pan and sear chicken on both sides. 
- Add tomatoe paste, ginger and garlic in stock. Pour it over the chicken. 
- Add potatoes, chickpeas, capsicum and onions. Top it with lemon slices. 
- Cover the pan with foil and put in the oven for 30 mins at 200 ° C. 
- Uncover the foil and cook for another 20-30 minutes untill chicken is cooked and tender. 
- Garnish with coriander. Serve with couscous or steamed rice.
