Homemade Pickled Jalapenos

- 15 Jalapeno Peppers
- 1 cup White Vinegar
- 1 cup Water
- 2 tbsp Salt
- 2 tbsp Sugar
Wash and pat dry the jalapenos pepper. Slice them.
In a saucepan add vinegar, water, slat and sugar. Bring it to boil while stirring it.
Allow the brine to cool down slightly. Pour it in the jars. Once at room temperature refrigerate for up to 2 months.
