Apple Crumble
Sweet apple filling with a hint of cinnamon and citrus and a perfectly crunchy, nutty, crumble topping. This apple crumble is an absolute family favourite.

Cook Time 30 minutes mins
Preheat oven to 180°C/ 350 F
Peel and core the apples. Cut them into small cubes.
Put them in a bowl and add flour, lemon juice, sugar and cinnamon. Toss it and spread it in a baking dish or pie dish.
In a bowl add all the ingredients for crumble. Mix until combined and forms a crumb.
Spread the crumble over apples and bake it in the oven for around 30 mins or until its golden brown.
Serve it warm with ice cream or custard.
