Spicy Chicken Sliders

Simple and easy to make, these chilli chicken sliders are loaded with flavor. They are filled with saucy chicken, jalapenos, cheese and buttery golden tops. Baked until cheese melts and the top is golden brown, these spicy chicken sliders are the most tasty little sandwiches you will have.

Ingredients
  

  • 600 g Boiled Chicken (Shredded)
  • 12 Slider Rolls
  • 1 tbsp Tomato Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • tsp Chilli Sauce or Hot Sauce
  • 2 cups Shredded Mozzarella
  • Jalapenos
  • 2 tbsp Melted Butter
  • ½ tsp Italian Seasoning
  • ½ tsp Black pepper
  • ¼ tsp Salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven at 180 ° C and prepare a tray lined with baking papper. Or Brush the baking tray with melted butter.
  • In bowl put shredded chicken and add tomato sauce, chilli sauce, mayonnaise, salt and black pepper. Mix well until combined.
  • Cut the slider rolls with a serrated knife and put the bottom part in the baking tray.
  • Spoon over the chicken mixture evenly. Put cheese over it and add Jalapenos as desired.
  • Put the top part of slider buns over. Combine butter and Italian seasoning and brush over the buns.
  • Bake them in the oven until the cheese melts and the buns are golden brown. Serve Immediately.
