Make this quick cucumber raita in just 5 minutes! A refreshing Pakistani yogurt dip made with cucumber, spices & chaat masala—perfect with biryani, curries, or kebabs.

Peel Cucumber leaving half the skin on. Grate them and set aside.
Whisk Yoghurt in a bowl. Add grated Cucumber, onions and spices. Mix well
Sprinkle with Chaat Masala. Garnish with chilies, coriander or chopped Mint ( this is optional)
Use creamy yoghurt like Greek Yoghurt. If the yoghurt is water strain it.
Use Lebanese cucumber. If the cucumbers are very watery squeeze the excess water out.
Adjust Spice according to your choice.
Add green chilli, chopped herbs like coriander or mint if you like.
