Lemon Garlic Roasted Drumsticks

Lemon Garlic Roasted drumsticks, super easy, quick and loaded with garlicky flavour.

Ingredients
  

  • 8 Chicken Drumsticks
  • 3 tbsp Fresh garlic paste
  • 4 tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1 tbsp Paprika Powder
  • 1 tsp Dried Oregano
  • ½ tsp Crushed red Chilli
  • ½ tsp Cracked Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 2 tbsp Sweet Chilli Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Melted Butter
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • Fresh Cilantro/Coriander for Garnish

Instructions
 

  • In bowl put chicken drumsticks and add the marinade ingredients. Mix well and rub the marinade into the drumsticks. Allow them to marinate for atleast 30 minutes.
  • Preheat oven to 230℃. Put Drumsticks in roasting pan or an oven proof dish. Bake for 20 minutes and then turn them over. Bake for another 20 minutes until drumsticks are golden brown. If required you can also turn on the grill to make the drumsticks golden and crispy on outside.
  • Garnish with freshly chopped cilantro and coriander.
