Fluffy Pancakes

Simple and Easy home made fluffy pancakes. No buttermilk or bicarb !

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups 300 g Plain Flour
  • 3 tsp Baking Powder
  • cup 435 ml Milk
  • 1 Egg
  • ¼ cup 55 g Caster Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Essence (Optional)
  • Butter for cooking

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl combine flour and baking powder and mix.
  • Add milk and egg, mix it using a whisk. The mixture doesn't have to be smooth but it shouldn't be lumpy.
  • Heat a non stick pan untill hot, turn the heat to medium low. Put a teaspoon of butter and spread it around. Pour ¼ cup of batter , you can use ice cream scoop too.
  • Once the bubbles start to form, flip the pancake and cook untill the other side is golden too.
  • Repeat the process with remaining batter.
  • Serve warm with your favourite toppings !
