Marinate chicken strips with all the spices. And leave it to marinate for 15 - 30 mins.
In a frying pan , add little oil and fry chicken until cooked.
Mix mayonnaise with chilli sauce.
Cut the bread in half, put cheese slices, followed by chicken, tomatoes, salad leaves, onions, capsicum and Chilli Mayonnaise.
Put it in a panini maker for required time. Alternatively heat a grill pan and brush lightly with butter. Put panini and press it down by putting heavy item on it like skillet or cast iron pot etc. Flip the sides after few minutes and repeat until the other side is grilled too.
Notes
Use hard and sturdy bread like Ciabatta, focaccia, baguette or sour dough.
If tikka Masala is unavailable, use 1tsp tikka masala paste, if that's not available either just add 1 tsp of garam masala.
