Blondies
Chewy, rich, and flavorful blondies are an indulgent, hard to resist dessert. These easy blondies are rich, soft, chewy cookie bars with brown sugar, hint of vanilla, and chocolate chunks.

300 g (2½ Cups) Plain Flour / All purpose Flour 170 g Melted Butter 1 tsp Baking Soda 1 tsp Salt 200 g (1 Cup) Brown Sugar 2 Eggs 1 tbsp Vanilla Essence 1 cup Milk Chocolate Chopped into Chunks
Preheat oven to 180°C and prepare a 8 x 8 inch pan lined with parchment paper.
In a bowl combine flour, salt and bicarb soda, set aside.
In a mixing bowl add melted butter, eggs ,brown sugar and vanilla essence and mix them using a whisk.
Add flour and mix until everything is well combined. Stir in the chopped chocolate chunks.
Pour the mixture in the prepared tin and bake for 25 mins until the edges are firm.
Allow them to cool on the wire rack and cut them into squares.
