Grilled Chicken Burgers
Grilled Chicken Burgers - Juicy chicken topped with cheese, caramelised onions and chilli mayo sauce.

- 500 g Chicken Breast Fillet
- 4 Burger Buns
- ½ tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Paprika
- ½ tsp Garlic Powder
- ½ tsp Onion Powder
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Ketchup
- 1 tsp Sirracha or chilli sauce
- 1 large Onion Sliced
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 4 Slices Cheese
- Lettuce or salad leaves
- 1 Tomatoe Sliced
Cut the chicken breast fillet diagonally and flatten it with hammer or rolling pin. You can cut the it according to size of your bun but its optional.
Marinate it with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder and olive oil.
To make sauce combine mayonnaise, ketchup and chilli sauce. Set aside.
Heat a pan or skillet and drizzle a tablespoon of oil. Put chicken in the pan. Cooking on each side untill its done.
While the chicken is being done caramelise onions. If your pan have space you can add them on side otherwise use a separate pan. Add little oil and cook onions on low heat untill soft and they have got nice colour.
Once chicken is done put a cheese slice on the top and cover the pan with lid for couple of minutes so that the cheese melts.
In the same pan toast the buns slightly.
