Chicken Souvlaki with Tzatziki
Greek Style Marinated chicken skewers grilled and served with warm pita bread, salad, fries and tzatziki sauce.

- 700 g Boneless Chicken
- 1 tbsp Garlic
- 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Paprika
- ½ tsp Black Pepper
- 1 tsp Oregano
- 1 tbsp Cooking Oil
Tzatziki Sauce
- 1 cup Greek Yoghurt
- ½ cup Grated Cucumber
- 2 Garlic Cloves crushed
- 1 tsp Lemon Juice
- ¼ tsp Salt
- Pinch of Black Pepper
Chicken Souvlaki
Marinate chicken with all the ingredients. Cover and allow it to marinate for couple of hours or at least 30 minutes.
Thread chicken onto skewers and grill until cooked thoroughly on an outdoor grill or on the stove top with grill pan.
Serve warm with pita bread, salad, fries and Tzatziki sauce on the side.
